Understanding What We Are Doing & Why...
In all relationships, there needs to be rules, regulations and policies. (Of course, there needs to be respect too, but here we will talk about the paper stuff :). Without policies, there would be choas, inequality and partiality. No business (or home) runs well in choas and although we are talking care of your children, this is a business and we must be fair to everyone.
Here at Elite Kids, we have our rules for our Clients, some are from us and most are from the State of WA. Those are also Included here. Should you have any questions, please ask your Directior or email/call me directly.

The 3 Centers Of Elite
We currently have 3 Centers at Elite Kids Preschool. Each one is a little different from the other, building size, layout, ages of children cared for, amount of children cared for, etc. Therefore, we have 2 slightly different policies. Click on the school you are interested in or try both:

Washington State Rules - WAC WAC WAC
As with most businesses, we are regulated by the State of Washington. Since we are dealing with human life, other people's children, we have many checks and balances that we must follow on a daily/all day basis. There are two groups we answer to consistently - Washington State of Early Learning and the Washington State Health Department.
The WAC, as it is really called (Washington Association for Childcare) is a set of 64 pages of rules and regulations that we must adhere too. Check it out and see how we are doing!
